Abdominal Pain
The pain occurs between the chest and pelvic region called Abdominal pain. This can be crampy, achy, dull, intermittent, or sharp. Sometimes this is also called a stomachache. Abdominal pain may be caused by several reasons, some more serious than others. The most common cause of localized pain in the stomach is by ulcers. Another symptom is Cramp-like pain, this may be due to diarrhea, constipation, bloating, or flatulence. In females the pain may be associated with menstruation or reproductive complications. This usually increases at the beginning and goes down in a few days on its own or with treatment.

In some cases Viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections that disturb the stomach and intestines may also be the reason for the significant abdominal pain. If abdominal pain is unexplained, persistent or severe seek medical care at the earliest.
